  • As per RBI/2019-20/129 DoS.CO/CSITE/BC.4083/31.01.052/2019-20 dtd 31-12-2019 regarding Comprehensive Cyber Security Framework for Primary UCBs, Our Bank is Categorized as Level II. Based on the same, Bank’s periodically conducts EDP / VA-PT / Cyber Security Audit and Testing (Last conducted in the month of July 2024) of its Servers, Network components, Critical Applications by Cert-in empaneled Auditors viz. Phoenix Technocyber. Closure Certificate was also received on 30-9-2024.
  • Bank had Successfully Shifted its entire DC and DR to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure w.e.f. 29-1-2024. We are continuously committed to provide unparalled / uninterrupted Digital Services 24x7 with Modernized Infrastructure, Top Class Performance, Global Business Reach, secure and continuous delivery of content, World Class Data Security and administration, Minimal Hardware Dependency, with Accessibility Anywhere Anytime, Better Data Security, Business Continuity and Speedy Disaster Recovery (DR) Benefits.
  • Bank has adopted various Security features like 2-Factor CBS Authentication, robust password management mechanism, up-to-date definitions and Versions in Deep Server and Endpoint Security softwares, etc.
  • Bank is probably the First Co-operative Bank in Gujarat to establish IPv6 Network Connectivity and infrastructure in its entire branch network in 2017.
  • Bank is using Microsoft M365, thereby taking an important step forward in establishing world class Standard in Email Security and Protection with DMARC etc, attachment whitelisting, domain blacklisting, etc.
  • Bank has at its Branches “Fortinet SDWAN (Managed by TATA)” which provides de-centralized control and unprecedented visibility into top risk users, unknown apps, advanced threats, suspicious payloads and much more comprehensive next-generation firewall protection that exposes hidden risks, blocks unknown threats, and automatically responds to incidents.
  • Bank has installed “Trend Micro Deep Server Security” in all its Servers, which provides comprehensive, centrally managed platform helping the bank simplify security operations while enabling regulatory compliance and Cyber Security Framework and accelerating Secure and Reliable Banking.
  • All Endpoint Clients are Secured by “Seqrite Endpoint Security 18.00” Enterprise Edition with DLP (Data Leak Prevention). We are under process to upgrade the same to XDR Protection.
  • Bank is using latest Computer Hardware with Latest Intel i7 CPU Computers
  • As a step towards Digitalization, Since June 2017, our bank is providing Rupay-cum-ATM Debit Card facility to all its Customers. As a result, wide range of convenience, Security and Luxury is provided to bank’s Customer for POS Payments, Online Shopping, paying Utility Bills and Govt. Taxes, GST, Income Tax etc. Moreover, bank’s customers can withdraw money from any bank’s ATM in India irrespective of branches where customer maintains the account. This is through sub-membership and HDFC Bank as Sponsor Bank and Sarvatra Technologies Pvt Ltd as the Switch Provider with NPCI.
  • The bank provides SMS Alerts facility for its valued customers whereby alerts are provided for balance, debit / Credit, maturity of Deposits, Loan installment due, etc. Other Facilities include Monthly statement on Email, Miss-call Alerts, Internet Banking (View only), SMS Banking.
  • Other technological advancements include Any Branch Banking, Centralized CKYC of all new accounts, Transaction Monitoring, Centralized CTS Clearing, Automated NACH and ECS, and Aadhar Seeding Seeding Services
  • The bank provides CMS facility under arrangement with HDFC bank to its valued customers.
  • The bank provides RTGS and NEFT facility physically and electronically to all its customers at all its branches through HDFC Bank.
  • The bank provides facility of BBPS Bill payments, GST Payments, E-Payment of Income Tax and other taxes at all its branches.
  • The bank provides E-Stamping facility (under agreement with Stockholding Corporation of India) at four of its Branches – Ahmedabad, Bhuj-Station Road, Anjar and Gandhidham and Franking Facility in Borivali Mumbai. E-Stamping is a computer-based application and a secured way of paying non-judicial stamp duty to the government.
  • The bank provides account statement through email at our head office level, on daily or monthly basis as desired by the customers.
  • The bank is able to generate more than 150 Reports from its CBS to support Quick Decision making and implementation.
